Consider it launched! What powerful weekend in Revelstoke. As we can all imagine, or maybe you don’t have too, a challenge associated with spinal cord injuries, let alone many physical disabilities, is access. Whether it be a set of stairs into a building the crossing of a river, some things feel unattainable. That is unless you have the right support to help you. Even with amazing friends and family, schedules do not always align.
When a program such as the Revelstoke Adaptive Sports Program comes along it creates opportunity to become more independent. Those looking to connect or reconnect with the mountains, an incredibly powerful place, are now a little more able. We are very excited to have been a part of the official launch on Saturday. There were sit ski available for anyone to try out with instructors there to assist. It was a great day of riding with them, friends able bodied and not.

Thank you all for the turns this weekend!
